Here at The Calvary - Hope Cooperative Parish , we know that everyone has a story. The beauty of the gospel is that no matter what your life's story is, Jesus has come to enhance it and give it a better ending. That's why we teach, preach, pray, serve, and rejoice because of God's ability to help us.

Peace is a Practice is a four-week conflict-resolution and de-escalation workshop for teens in grades 6–9 (ages 12–15), hosted at Calvary United Methodist Church.

Over four Saturdays in August, teens learn to understand conflict, listen well, de-escalate tension, and repair relationships — through storytelling, real-life scenarios, and a whole lot of heart. Led by trained facilitators from StoryStrong.

Saturdays, Aug 8, 15, 22 & 29 · 11 AM–2 PM · Free lunch every session
